Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for ceramic products that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items must be free from damage, wear, or alterations. The 30-day period begins from the date you receive the item, not the purchase date.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at reply@protecteddrhones.world or through our contact page. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized ceramic pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
